The band at Vestavia Hills High School has a rich tradition of excellence spanning 50 years. Our philosophy is built around music being the vehicle to deliver opportunities for our students to gain meaningful life lessons. It is our sincere hope that our students leave our program with a profound understanding of effort, awareness, community, and responsibility.

Volunteers Needed!

On Friday, October 2, the band has a road game to Tuscaloosa County, followed by a competition on Saturday, October 3, at the Trussville Marching Invitational. The Pit and Props Crew is in need of additional volunteers to help with riding in the trucks, moving equipment during the halftime show and competition, and providing logistic assistance. Senior Night on Sep 18

This Friday night, September 18, we will be honoring our seniors before the Spain Park football game. Parents and escorts are encouraged to participate. Senior Night Itinerary 4:30 - 5:45 PM - Family portraits will be taken in the school lobby. Please arrive on time to ensure your photos are taken. 5:45 - 6:00 PM - Parents/escorts will enter the stadium and gather on the visitors side by the track. Tickets will be required to enter the stadium. Please purchase your tickets in
