Mud Creek Marching Festival

This Saturday, October 25, the Band will be competing in the Mud Creek Marching Festival in Hanceville, AL.

2:30 pm - Stadium - Rehearsal and Last min reminders 

3:30 pm - EAT, LOAD, DRESS PRE ORDERED CHICK FIL A MEALS

4:45 pm - Load VHHS

5:00 pm - Depart VHHS

6:00 pm - Arrive at Hanceville High School

6:15 pm - Unload

7:20 pm - Warm Up

8:35 pm - Performance

9:30 pm - Awards Ceremony

SNACKS AFTER PERFORMANCE

Approx 10:45 pm - Departure

Approx 11:45 pm - Anticipated arrival back to Vestavia Hills High School. Please pay attention to the BAND APP for updates on our arrival time.

• Competition performances are NOT OPTIONAL.

• Students are expected to have their band issued water cooler, backpack, and instrument

• LONG BLACK SOCKS (short socks are not acceptable)

• Black Roll Step Shoes (Freshman shoes and gloves will be issued this week)

If you would like to check your student out for the return trip YOU MUST click the link below and fill in the form. After the game you should meet the head chaperone wherever the buses are parked to check your student out from the game. Please do no leave without communicating with us.
