Volunteer

The success of our high school band depends on the dedication of both our students and our families. Parent volunteers play a vital role in creating memorable experiences by helping with competitions, concerts, fundraising, transportation, uniforms, concessions, and countless behind-the-scenes tasks. We need your help to support your student and the band to maintain a positive and thriving program.

CONCESSIONS

Concessions is the band's most important method of fundraising. It is vitally important that each band family volunteers by working concession shifts.

One (1) child in band - a family member must work three (3) concession shifts
More than one (1) child in band - a family member must work four (4) concession shifts

OPT-OUT

If you do not wish to volunteer to work concession shifts, you can make a $300 opt-out contribution.

What this covers: $300 will cover the cost of hiring an outside contractor to work three concessions shifts at $100/shift.
Payments can be made at MySchoolShares.
